ENACTED by the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania.
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
I.-(I) This Act may be cited as Short title and
the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights commencement Act, 1999.

operation on such date as the Minister
