(b) 	 that the use of the speciality is likely to prove
beneficial,

direct the Registrar to enter the name and description of the
• speciality in the appropiate register and the Registrar shall comply with
· the direction.
(3) Where, on an application so made, the Board is not

. satisfied as aforesaid, it shall direct the Registrar to notify the applicant
that the application is dismissed and the Registrar shall comply with the
direction.
(4) If, at the expiration of three months from the date on
which an application is du1y made under this section, the Board has not
given a direction under subsection (2) or (3), the Registrar shall
thereupon enter the name and description of the speciality in the
appropriate register.

(5) The register shall at all reasonable times be open for
public inspection.
