(5) A person whose name has previously been entered in
othe Register of Pharmacists or the Register of Phannacy Technicians
shall not make an application for registration under this section, if­
(a) 	 his certificate of registration is cancelled under
section 13 and a period of two years has not
elapsed since notice of the cancellation ,vas
published in the Gazette; or

(b) 	 his certificate is suspended.

Where a complaint is made to the Registrar, or the
Registrar has reason to believe, that any of the following events has
occurred in relation to a pharmacist, pharmacy technici.~n or to any 	
person engaged in pharmacy business namely-

Act; or
(b) 	 that he has been accused of professional
mIsconduct,
the Registrar shall take such steps as are practicable to verify the
occurrence; and if in his opinion there is cause for an inquiry by the
Discipliilary Committee, he shall serve a notice to that effect on the
phannacist, pharmacy technician or the person engaged in phannacy
business and invite him to furnish in writing within six weeks from the
date of the notice such explanation as he may desire to make.

(2) If a pharmacist ceases to be a member of the
PhannaceuticaI Society, the Society shall notify the Board which shall
order the certificate of registration of the pharmacist to be cancelled.

Phannacists that person shall thereupon be regarded as a member of the ~harmaceutical
Pharmaceutical Society of Sierra Leone.
