To facilitate the development of the service sector into the business service hub of the region through the deployment and
exploitation of ICTs

To support the development and the growth of the ICT industry of the economy to facilitate the production, distribution and
provision of ICT products, goods and services

To put in place relevant structures and mechanisms to facilitate the involvement of the Military in ICT-related commercial
ventures.

To raise the necessary funding to support projects and initiatives targeted at facilitating the involvement of the Military in
