Appendix 1 includes two tables, namely table 1 and table2. Table 1 illustrates all KPIs for both voice
3G Data and SMS services provided via Cellular mobile networks by Telecom Operators. On the other
side, table 2 illustrates all KPIs for the voice service provided by Telecom Operators via Fixed
networks.
