MHC mbere y’uko atangazwa mu Igazeti
ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda;

4° to approve the internal rules and
regulations of MHC before they are
published in the Official Gazette of the
Republic of Rwanda;
5° to approve the draft annual budget
proposal of MHC before being submitted
to relevant authorities;

4° adopter le règlement d’ordre intérieur du
MHC avant sa publication au Journal
Officiel de la République du Rwanda;

6° gusuzuma imikorere ya MHC hakurikijwe
gahunda y’ibikorwa n’ingengo y’imari;

6° to evaluate the performance of MHC in
accordance with the action plan and the
budget;

6° évaluer les performances du MHC sur
base du plan d’action et du budget ;

7° kwemeza raporo y’ibikorwa na raporo
y’imikoreshereze y’umutungo ya MHC za
buri gihembwe n’iza buri mwaka
urangiye;

7° to approve the quarterly and annual
activity and financial reports of MHC;

7° approuver le rapport trimestriel et annuel
d’activités et financier du MHC;

8° gukurikirana
