(4) A final decision of  the Authority in a dispute­ 
(a) 	

(b) 	

shall,  within 15 days of the approval of the Authority: 
(i) 

be entered in the register of the Authority by the Registrar; and 

(ii) 

communicated in full text to each of  the parties to the dispute; and 

has­ 
(i) 	

binding effect on the parties; and 

(ii) 	

the  effect  of   an  addendum  to  the  Contract  or  the  agreement  where  a  Contractor 
agreement already exists between the parties 

(5)  Any  person  aggrieved  by  the  decision  of   the  Authority:  contemplated  in  sub­rule  (4)  may  apply  for  a 
review in the High Court within 30 calendar days after entry of the decision in the register of  the Authority.
