Conducting inquiries in the public administration and, the case arising,
making recommendations to assure itself that no region or no group is
excluded from the benefit of the public services;
Controlling the application of the constitutional provisions by demanding
the ethnic and gender representativeness and the equilibrium in all the
State structures and institutions, notably the public administration and the
Corps of Defense and of Security;
Advising the President of the Republic and the President of the National
Assembly on all issues, notably [those] of a legislative order;
Formulating observations or proposing amendments concerning the

f. Members of the Supreme Court;
 
g. Members of the Constitutional Court;
 
h. General Prosecutor of the Republic and Magistrates of the Office of
General Prosecution of the Republic;
 
i.
President of the Court of Appeal and President of the Administrative
Court;
 
j.
General Prosecutor before the Court of Appeal;
 
k. Presidents of the [Ordinary] Tribunals of First Instance, of the Tribunal
of Commerce and of the Tribunal of Labor;
 
l.
Prosecutors of the Republic;
 
m. Members of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
