The resignation of a Commissioner shall be
submitted to the President of the Republic
through a registered mail or hand-delivery
letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with a
copy to the Senate and the Commission’s
authorities. If a period of thirty (30) days
elapses without a response, the resignation
shall be considered approved.
