NOTE
The traveling expenses of witnesses shall be allowed according to the sums reasonably and actually paid.
No allowance is made to an officer of the public service who is summoned as a witness by the
Government or by any department of the government. In all other cases he is allowed costs and (raveling
expenses as if he were not an officer in the public service. Fees, costs expenses payable to an officer in
the public service shall be paid into revenue unless otherwise ordered.
