(2) Any subsequent ballots referred to in subparagraph (1) shall
be held not less than seven days and not more than fourteen days
after the immediately preceding ballot.
9. An instrument which(a) is executed under the hand of the Electoral
Commissioner; and
(b) states t hat the person named in the
instrument was duly elected to the office of
President,
shall be evidence that the person was so elected.
