Subject to subsections (3) and (4), the Schedule to the Statutory Bodies (Accounts
and Audit) Act is amended in Part II by adding the item The Information and Communication Technologies Authority.
(3)
For the purposes of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act, the period
extending from the commencement of this Act to 30 June next following shall be
deemed to be the first financial year of the Authority.
(4)
Section 7(1) of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act shall not apply in
relation to the first financial year of the Authority.
(5)
The auditor to be appointed under section 5(1) of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts
and Audit) Act shall be the Director of Audit.
(6)
The Independent Broadcasting Authority Act 2000 is amended in the First Schedule
by inserting therein the following items Subscription Television Rebroadcasting Services Licence.
Subscription Television Direct to Home Satellite Broadcasting
Service Provider Licence"

Transitional provisions
(1)
Every tariff allowed or amended by the Authority under the repealed section 31
shall cease to be valid 6 months after the coming into operation of section
14(e) of the Economic and Financial Measures (Miscellaneous Provisions)
(No.2) Act 2011.
(2)
Every tariff submitted to the Authority under the repealed section 31, pending before
the commencement of section 14(e) of the Economic and Financial Measures
(Miscellaneous Provisions) (No.2) Act 2011, shall, on the commencement of that
section, be dealt with in accordance with section 31.
(3)
Every public operator shall, at least 15 days before the expiry of the period of 6
months referred to in subsection (1), submit to the Authority, in such form and
manner as the Authority may determine, with a tariff for every information and
communication service which he wishes to continue to supply, in accordance with
section 31.
(4)
Every tariff submitted to the Authority under subsection (3) shall be in conformity
