The President of the Republic must issue a decision to suspend parliamentary
sessions and hold a referendum on dissolution within no more than 20 days. If voters
agree by a majority of valid votes, the President of the Republic issues the decision of
dissolution, and calls for early parliamentary elections to take place within no more
than 30 days from the date of the decision's issuance. The new House convenes
within the 10 days following the announcement of the referendum results.

registration is opened. Other requirements for candidacy are set out by law.
