Article 15
Under reserve of the political rights, foreigners regularly admitted to the territory of
the Republic of Chad have the same rights and freedoms as nationals within the
limits of the law. They are held to conform to the Constitution, to the laws and
regulations of the Republic.
Article 16
The rights of juridical persons are guaranteed by this Constitution.
