shall be based on available information. The criteria shall present the locality
needs in a transparent and fair manner, and thus allow for an accurate
assessment. The current prioritisation criteria are identified as:

Socio-Political.
6.5 Publication
The Rollout Plan which shows the list of eligible localities shall be published
so that each and every individual is aware of when their village will be
provided with service.
