This Act may be cited as the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority Act, 2003. Commencement and Application 2. - (1) This Act shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette, appoint. (2) The Minister may appoint different dates for the commencement of different parts or provisions of this Act.
