Endorsement of Claim –if the plaintiff sues, or defendant is sued, in a representative capacity, the
endorsement must state in what capacity the plaintiff sues or the defendant is sued. If the claim is for a
debt or liquidated demand only, the endorsement, even though not special, must strictly comply
with the provisions of the Act including a claim for four days' costs.

Address of Plaintiff- In the case of a company in liquidation the plaintiff s address should run
