11. Protection and privileges. (Article 97) The Speaker, the deputy Speaker, members of Parliament and any other person acting or assisting in connection with or reporting the proceedings of Parliament shall be entitled to protection as Parliament may by law prescribe. 12. Quorum of Parliament. (Article 88) The quorum of Parliament shall be prescribed by the rules of procedure of Parliament. 23
