PART V – ARTISTES
20. Employment of artistes
(1) The Corporation may, upon such terms and conditions as the Board
shall determine, employ artistes to participate in the broadcasting services of the
Corporation and such other services including the production of programmes as
the Board shall deem necessary for the purposes of the Corporation.

PART VII – FINANCES OF THE CORPORATION AND

37. Government grants
The Government may make grants to the Corporation as are necessary for the
purposes of the Corporation and for carrying this Act into effect.
38. Principles of operation
(1) It shall be the duty of the Corporation to conduct its business according to
commercial principles and to perform its functions in such a manner as to secure
that, taking one year with another its gross revenue is not less than sufficient to
meet its outgoings which are properly chargeable to revenue account, including
