the licensee fails to renew the license within the
specified period;

Provided that the Commission may revoke a licence in
accordance with the circumstances that are detailed in
each licence.
(2) An order revoking a frequency licence shall be in
writing and shall be availed to the licensee.
(3) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the
Commission made under this regulation may appeal to
the Tribunal within fifteen (15) days of the date of making such
a decision.
PART VII

INTERCONNECTION AND PROVISION OF FIXED
LINKS

Basis and purpose.

32. Regulations in this Part shall apply to the form and
content of interconnection agreements and to all interconnect
providers and interconnect operators.

Power to review.

33. The Commission shall have the power to review all
interconnection agreements with a view to ensuring that such
agreements conform to the Act and these Regulations.
