An Act to provide for the establishment of the Zambia National Broadcasting
Corporation; to define the functions and powers of the corporation; to provide
generally for the control and regulation of broadcasting and diffusion
services; and to provide for matters connected with or incidential to the
foregoing.

PRELIMINARY
1.
This Act may be cited as the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation Act.
Short title
2.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
Interpretation
"Board" means the Board of Directors of the Corporation established by section
four;
