(a)	 the restriction required in the interest of the
publicly
accessible
information
and
communications service;
(b)	 the content of the easement or other right
of use, especially, the right of the
authorized
representative
of
the
information and communications service
provider to enter the affected property for
the inspection, maintenance and required
emergency repair of the information and
communications structure and equipment;
(c)	 the location and method of installation of
the information and communications
structure; and
(d) the	 technical parameters of the information
and communications equipment that may
be
installed
in the information and
communications structure, as well as the
relevant limit values stipulated by legal
regulations pertaining to environmental
protection, public health, public safety and
construction.
Sharing of
property and
facilities

shall
promote
among
38. (1) Licensees
themselves the conclusion of agreements aimed at
sharing property or facilities, either installed or to
be in-stalled, which agreements shall be notified to
the Authority.
(2) Where there are no viable alternatives to the
installation of new infrastructure due to environ­
mental protection, public health, public security,
cultural heritage, country planning and town and
country landscapes preservation, without prejudice
to the powers of local authorities, the Authority
may, following a consultation period of interested
parties, determine the sharing of facilities, including
ducts, masts and other installations in the property,
whether or not their owners are undertakings
providing
information
and
communications
networks and services.
