These Regulations shall be cited as the Electronic and Postal Communication (Licensing) Regulations, 2011. Application 2. These Regulations shall apply to the following types of licences (a) network facilities licences; (b) network services licences; (c) content services licences; (d) application services licences; (e) postal and courier services licences; (f) installation and maintenance of electronic communication equipment; (g) importation of electronic communication equipment; (h) distribution of electronic communication equipment; (i) selling of electronic communication equipment; (j) V-SAT; (k) other licences as may be determined by the Authority; and (l) the usage of scarce resources in relation to(i) spectrum usage licence; and (ii) electronic communication numbering and addresses. 185
