This document summarizes the joint work between the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe, through the Innovation and Knowledge Institute (INIC) and the Operational Unit in Electronic Governance of the United Nations University (UNU-EGOV) with a view to proposing a national strategy for digital governance for the country, which allows its planning, development and monitoring to be framed in a safe, realistic and effective way. It aims to outline a path that can harmonize and align the objectives of public policies aimed at the digital transformation of the Administration between the different sectors of governance, and mobilize the resources, material and human, necessary for its implementation.
