compensation shall not be payable to any person for anything done or
omitted to be done in

faith under thi. Act.
15.{I) A person who (a) obstructs,
prevents
or
otherwIse
hmders
an
inspector Or authorised officer in the performance
of the inspector's or authorised officer's functions
under this Act;
(b)
refuses or neglects to comply with a notice, order,
requirement or direction lawful made or given
under this Act;
(c) knowingly provides information which i. fa1""
or
misleading in a material particular for any purpose
under this Act;
(d) defaces, destroys, forges or alters any doc ument
provided for under this Act;
(e)
contravenes a provision uf this Act,
is guilty 0' an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for 3
years
and a fine ofR75,OOO.
