CHAPTER VIII
THE JUDICATURE

(1)

Every person summoned to give evidence or to produce
any paper, book, record, or other document before the
National Assembly or any committee of the National
Assembly shall be entitled, in respect of his or her evidence
or the production of such document as the case may be, to
the same privileges as if he or she were appearing before a

to such document in private and under such conditions as
will prevent the disclosure of the contents of such
document outside the National Assembly or the committee
as the case maybe, and shall not publish the document or its
contents.
