(NCS):

Secretariat, which is the ICT Policy Advisory
Secretariat, established through the Kenya
Communications Act of 1998. It will continue to
be the policy advisory arm of the Government
on all matters pertaining to the ICT sector. NCS
will carry out research and monitoring related
to ICT policy and will publish reports and
results of the research.
