Section I: Secure Electronic Signature
Article 6:
The secure electronic signature, provided for by the provisions of article 417-3 of the Dahir forming the
Code of Obligations and Contracts, must satisfy the following conditions:
- be specific to the signatory;
- be created by means that the signatory can keep under his exclusive control;
- to guarantee with the act to which it attaches a link such that any subsequent modification of that act
is detectable.
It must be produced by an electronic signature creation device, attested by a certificate of conformity.
The verification data of the secure electronic signature shall be mentioned in the secure electronic
certificate provided for in Article 10 of this Law.
