Article 22: Fines
The Licensee shall be liable to payment of any fines imposed
notably to the Law establishing the Regulatory Authority
Telecommunications Law as may be amended from time to time,
make such payment promptly and in accordance with applicable
regulations.

Article 24: Coming into Force
These regulations shall come into force on the date of their signature.
