(d) regulating trade, transfer, export, import, and temporary export and import of
monuments or relics;
(e) establishment and running of site museums; and
(f) anything which is required to be prescribed under this Act.

PART X: REPEAL AND SAVINGS
59.-1. The Monuments Act is hereby repealed.
-2. Any subsidiary legislation made under the Act repealed by subsection (1) in
force immediately before the commencement of this Act
(a) shall, unless in conflict with this Act continue in force and be deemed to be
subsidiary legislation made under this Act; and
(b) may be replaced, amended or repealed by subsidiary legislation made under this
Act.
-3. Any subsisting agreement or similar arrangement made pursuant to the
provisions of the Act repealed by subsection (1) shall continue in force until
terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
