internationally.

9.6 ROLE OF CONSUMERS AND USERS
Consumers and users will be expected to participate in ensuring:
a) Universal access and affordability of ICT services;
b) Quality of services is maintained; and
c) Continued review of Government policy in accordance with
technological and consumer trends.
9.7

ICT PROFESSIONAL BODIES

The Government will recognise and encourage the formation of national ICT
professional bodies registered under the laws of Kenya to foster professional
ethics, standards and human resource development.
