Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority - Licensing Guidelines
INTRODUCTION
The Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (the
Authority) is under Parts III, IV and VI of the Information and Communication
Technologies Act No. 15 of 2009 ( the ICT Act) empowered to prescribe the
manner of application for electronic communication licences and assignment
of scarce resources as well as prescribing their standard terms and conditions.
Pursuant to the mandate referred to above the Authority issues these
guidelines.
