SPIRITS, AND RELATED MATTERS
ARISING UNDER THE LIQUOR ACT,
2003

In terms of sections 5 and 42 of the Liquor Act, 2003 (Act No. 59 of 2003), The Minister of
Trade and Industry has made the following regulations relating to the regulation of
methylated spirits and other matters required under the Act, to come into operation at the
time that the Act comes into operation.
