(c) 	 affect any right, privilege, obligation or
liability acquired, accrued or incurred
under the altered provision;

(d) 	 affect any penalty, forfeiture or punishment
incurred in respect of any offence
committed against the altered provision;
or
(e) 	 affect any investigation, legal proceedings
or remedy in respect of any such right,
privilege, obligation, liability, penalty,
forfeiture or punishment, and any such
investigation, legal proceedings or
remedy may be instituted, continued or
enforced, and the penalty, forfeiture or
punishment may be imposed, as if the
altered provision had continued in force.
(2)In subparagraph (1), the reference to the "alteration
of any provision of this Constitution" shall be deemed to
include a reference to any alteration of the Constitution such
as is referred to in article 91(3)(b).
