(3) Postal articles delivered by a foreign postal licensee to an address in Kenya,
shall pay the terminal dues applicable under the Universal Postal Union system.
17. Penalty.
A person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and is liable,
where no penalty is provided, to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand
shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
18. Revocation of Part X of L.N. 68 of 2001
Part X of the Kenya Communications Regulations, 2001, is revoked.
