underfregulationf26,fhefshallfamendfthefregisterfaccordingly.
(2) Where—
(a) thefapprovedfnamefoffafvarietyfisfchangedfunderfregulationf22;for
(b) thefperiodfoffafgrantfexpiresforfisfextended;for
(c) afgrantfisfsurrenderedforfcancelled,
thefauthorizedfofficerfshallfalsofmakefsuchfotherfamendmentsfasfmayfbefnecessitatedfbyfanyfinformationf
suppliedftofhim.

WherefafdocumentfrequiredftofbefsubmittedftofthefMinister,forfauthorizedfofficerfinfconnectionfwithfanyf
