1. Adapting legislation by specifying heavy sanctions for
infringements of intellectual property rights;
2. Setting up an interministerial body to coordinate activities to
combat infringement and piracy;
3. Setting up a forum for linking with the private sector and civil
society, one that will act as a platform for drawing up and
harmonizing the policies, legislation and concrete actions
needed to combat infringement and piracy;
