32. The funds of the Institute shall comprise-

its powers or the performance of its functions

(b) all monies from any other source provided for or
donated or lent to the Institute.
33. The financial year of the Institute shall be the

(c) the payment of salaries, pensions, gratuities and
other charges in respect of staff of the Institute;
