Article 7: Specific Requirements with regard to the Regional and International courier services Any person who intends to apply for Regional and International postal or courier services license shall fulfill the following specific requirements: a) Branches or agents nationwide; b) Logistics such as cars, motorcycles and vans with Safety boxes; c) Having the own airlines or agreement with some airlines or with international courier operators; d) Inbound and outbound track and trace system; e) Plan of quality of service standards, f) Any other information deemed necessary by the Authority for decision making. Article 8: Specific Requirements with regard to Domestic courier services license Any person who intends to apply for domestic courier services license shall fulfill the following specific requirements: a) Branches or agents nationwide; b) Having agreement with some public transport Licensees if the applicant doesn’t have his/her own means of transport ; c) Plan of quality of service standards; d) Any other information deemed necessary by the Authority for decision making.
