10. To mobilize and sensitize the communities on availability of IT services.
The IT policy will provide guidance to all stakeholders in the IT sector and create a
necessary environment that will attract IT investments from all over the world. This will
bring Uganda to the forefront of IT.
I urge all of you stakeholders, in both public and private sectors to embrace and implement
the IT Policy for the good of our country.
