by the deletion in subsection (1)
of the definition of “Government
Brandy Board”; and
(b)
by the insertion in subsection (1)
after the definition of “vehicle” of
the following definition:
“‘Wine and Spirit Board’ means
the board referred to in
section 2 of the Liquor Products A
ct, 1989.”.
2. The amendment of section 30 by the
substitution in subsection (1) for the expression
“Government Brandy Board”, where it appears
in the words preceding the proviso, of the
expression “Wine and Spirit Board”.
