(7) Where a notice under subsection (1) has been served on
a phannacist, phannacy technician, or person engaged in pharmacy
business, the Board may order that the certificate of registration of the
pharmacist or pharmacy technician be suspended, until the conclusion
of the proceedings against him.

13. ( 1) Where a certificate of registration of a pharmacist or Cancellation
pharmacy technician is ordered to be cancelled or suspended, the ~on of
Registrar registration.
(a) 	 shall serve on the pharmacist or pbarmacy
technician a notice infonning him of the order
and requiring him to deliver up the certificate
wi thin twenty-one days after the date ofservice
of the notice~

(b) 	 shall cause notice of the cancellation or

suspension to be published in the Gazetli!; and

(c) 	 in the case' of cancellation, shall delete the
name of the phannacist or pharmacy technician
from the Register of Pharmacists, or the
Register of Pharmacy Technicians.

(2) Where, in pursuance of the recommendation of the 

Disciplinary Committee under this section, the Board has oIdered the 

certificate of registration of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician to be 

cancelled or suspended, the pharmacist or pharmacy technician may 

appeal within twenty-one days to the High Court against that order.

Upon an appeal under subsection (2), the High Court
may confinn, reverse or vary the order and may make such other order
as it may think just

A ny person whose name has been temporarily remo\"ed

from the Register of Pharmacists or Register of Pharmacy Technicians
shall be entitled, on the expirauon of the period of removal~ to have his
name restored to the Register of Pharmacist or Register of Pbannacy
Technicians as the case may be.
